New Customers to Healthxchange Pharmacy.

Opening an account with Healthxchange Pharmacy is quick, easy and gives you access to a wide range of products and training. Healthxchange Pharmacy launched a new e-prescribing service last year and all new account registrations will automatically be set up on this new online system. If you want to know more about ordering and signing online please read our e-pharmacy FAQ’s.

To open an account with Healthxchange Pharmacy please fill in our account opening form. Once we have received your completed form we will set up your new account and you will be contacted with your new usernames and passwords.

Existing Healthxchange Customers (not yet using e-pharmacy)

If you are already a Healthxchange Customer but haven’t yet activated your e-pharmacy account all you need to do is send us a Contact Form, and make sure to include your Account Reference (usually 3 letters and 2 numbers e.g. XYZ01), Invoicing Postcode and Company Name.

Once we have received your request your e-pharmacy account will be activated and you will receive your usernames and passwords. You can find out more about the e-pharmacy here.

**Please note, that the usernames and passwords you were previously given for our old website will not work on the new e-pharmacy and you will need to request your account activation as above**
